Je kan dan aan je timing werken om ervoor te zorgen dat er geen slack zit in je lijn.
Deze Salmo is in verschillende omstandigheden toepasbaar en moet dan op verschillende manieren worden gevist. Bijvoorbeeld in koude water (2 - 5C) zal je heel langzaam moeten binnendraaien en na elk jerk de jerkbait 1 á 3 seconden laten zinken voor het beste resultaat.
