Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from Fishing bait VOF and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. By placing an order via www.fishing-bait.nl, you agree to these terms.

Article 3 – The Offer & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier (PostNL, DHL, or DPD).

  • We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Article 4 – Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days within the Netherlands. Delivery times for the rest of the EU vary by destination.

  • If a delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you within 30 days of the order.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Since our products are non-perishable:

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • The product must be returned with all accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We will refund the full order amount (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Article 6 – Warranty

We provide a legal warranty on all our products. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do. If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@fishing-bait.nl.

We accept the following payment methods via our secure Shopify checkout:
