This lure is widely applicable and can be used with different techniques. It is equally effective at fast retrieves with small jerk breaks, twitching and also trolling at constant speeds. In shallow water (0.5 - 1.0 deep) with plants it is advisable to fish with the rod tip up. In deep water, lower the rod tip and lightly tap the tip when retrieving.
The Fatso is available in 2 variants, sinking and floating. The sinking version is ideal when the rovers are less active. This version of the Fatso is best taken slowly with frequent breaks.
